Today we went to the Canadian Historical Aircraft tour. It was amazing! There, we could see many aircrafts and especially one called Lancaster which was a huge one!!!

First, we saw some of the objects used in the war that families have provided to this place.

We listened carefully to our two guides.

One of them explained Operation Manna that were humanitarian food drops, carried out to relieve a famine in German-occupied Holland, undertaken by Allied bomber crews during the final days of World War II in Europe. They dropped a total of over 11,000 tons of food o help feed Dutch civilians in danger of starvation.

Then we went outside. It was freezing cold!!!

We met a fireman and he showed us his firetruck.

We went in it to see it!

Then we went back in again and they showed us more interesting things to us. It was a Lancaster separated in parts. It is so huge that the room there wasn't enough for it.

Sofia, your father must be proud of you!

There was a gift shop so we bought some souvenirs.

We had dinner and went back home. We had what we love the most: pop corn and soda!
