DAY 21 SWIMMING AT VOLLMER COMPLEX

You won't believe but we had egg sandwiches. In Colombia we do not eat eggs because we do not like them but in here... We have changed and our parents won't believe it!

Today we got earlier than most of the other days so this time the school had not opened yet. We had to wait and take the sun.

We had early dinner at 5:00 pm and then we went to the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex. It is a multi-use complex located in LaSalle, Ontario. The Vollmer Complex was built in 2008. It is named after the Vollmer family who live in LaSalle. Joan and John Vollmer and Darlene and Brad Vollmer believe in our community, and wanted to help build a place to hold activities for people of all ages. We really had fun. We need to be honest, we prefer Adventure Bay, oops! (it's because there are more activities to do there)

After swimming, we bought something to eat.

I really enjoyed reading about your experience at the Vollmer Complex. A good swimming instructor truly makes a huge difference in learning and feeling confident in the water. It’s great to see how structured training and guidance can help swimmers of all levels improve their skills while also having fun. Finding the right swimming instructor can turn every session into both a safe and enjoyable experience, and your post perfectly highlights that balance.
